ccwatcher monitors the progress of computational chemistry calculations during runtime. It has both a GUI and a "Command Line Interface" to which it parses important output and plots SCF energies.

MGFp is open parser implementation for the Mascot Generic Format (MGF). It uses bison/flex to define a formal grammar and provides the necessary C++ adapter classes. Sudsy is a saponification calculator coded in Python. The CLI works fine, but the PyGTK version still needs some work...The interface is designed and it starts up, but some of the callbacks still need to be implemented. Let me know if you can help.
