It was originally created in 2010 to catalogue software compilations (also called freeware compilations) and CDs distributed with computer magazines. Cataloguing enables user to check what they contain without putting them physically into drive and avoid a possibility of a mechanical damage. Download package consists of a jar file and a Eclipse project with a full source code. No installation is required. You can copy this program anywhere or transfer it to another computer. Similar Image Search is a desktop reverse image search app. Think Google's "search by image" but with your own photos on your computer. SiS can search for similar images in the library and return a list of matches. I can also compare ones outside the library to ones within. It's designed for photographers to sift through a memory card dump, searching for photos in batches for ease of sorting. Requires: Java 7

This started out as a project to allow ID3 tag management with features I did not find in the run of the mill player/managers out there for MP3 music. It has the ability to set and change album art as well as load devices with exactly the number and size of files to fit in a known file system size. Like for devices. It is up and working and what I feel is intuitive but it could use some sprucing up with nice graphics and maybe more functions. My goal here was to start something and see it grow. And most importantly pay it forward for all the open source that I have benefited from. It makes use of some other open source libraries like JAudioTagger and JAudioLayer. Without which this would not have been possible for me to start.

Armaria is a personal database of scientific publications and other documents. It helps to store, organize, browse, view and cite scientific documents (papers, books etc.) and other types of multimedia (e.g. videos). Armaria is free and cross-platform.

This is the engine code to the GUI project MacTagger. Once complete, MacTagger will incorporate this code into it's own shell, but this project is a BSD command-line app of MacTagger. No Windows version will be made available.

Audio File Name Fixer is a utility written in python to change the file names of your audio files to match what is in the ID3 tags. Useful for fixing names of files copied directly from an iPod.

Automatically tag music files. The program can be used to fix up Music Tags, using an online database, based on existing tag information, file names, or a short sample of the music.

A set of command line tools for indexing CD/DVD media: cdindex is for indexing, cdfind - for search (similar to Unix find) and cdbrowse is a "plugin" for MC allowing to browse the database. Data are stored in a special binary format.
