Download the zip, and extract it to a folder. Run the JAR file to play the game. Make sure you have Java 8 installed on your system. You can download java from:

Rules:
Play against the computer in this exciting game. Each player gets dealt 7 cards, and they take turns to get rid of the cards in their hands as quickly as possible. The first player to do so is the winner.
UPDATE:
Load the Release package and the single new JPortal.jar file.
