A two's compliment calculator designed for specifically for Java, but is still effective for just about any other language. It will accept two integer values and will show the binary, octal, and hexadecimal equivalence, and show how the bits interact with the logical operators not, and, or, and xor, and how primitive types are cast into other types. An open source application to calculate RWA based on advanced IRB rules under Basel II. Currently three retail Basel asset classes are provided, revolving, mortgages, and other retail. As I get the other formulas for other asset classes I will add them. This application is an my exercise in learning Android programming. This application is useful if you deal with Basel II compliance in your organization. The Basel III rules still apply for the retail formulas.
