As of October 6, 2018; I have "abandoned" the project. I have actually forgotten everything I know about Python since writing this and other than adding error handlers; I really don't know how much further I could take it. I wanted to build a simple calculator, and I did.
That project aims at providing a clean API and a simple implementation (C++ library) of an Airline-related Seat Inventory Availability Calculation system. That library uses the Standard Airline IT C++ object model (http://sf.net/projects/stdair).
What this is, is an ongoing indie project for making a calculator. Well, it has more functions then your average calculator...

Traditional but powerful cross-platform calculator. It is written in python and it uses wxWidgets as GUI (project is developed with Boa Constructor). By use of SciPy the vaCalculator can solve linear systems, do math with polynomials, integration etc.
