Teletext-style subtitle extractor for DVR-MS and WTV files. Subtitles are parsed into the SubRip (srt) format. Does NOT parse ATSC/USA styled closed captions, or bitmap style DVB subtitles. Its intended use is for Australian television recordings, although it may work for others. As of version 0.9.6, there is experimental support for languages other than English that are based on the Latin alphabet. -

Teletext4www is a system that allows you to browse teletext pages with your webbrowser. It has big (as big as your disk) page cache and can work with multiple tv channels. It should support all v4l-vbi compatbile tv-cards.

rmp3 is a receiver for the rmp3 broadcast protocol. This protocol uses teletext data transmitted in the VBI (vertical blanking interval) of TV transmissions to broadcast mp3-files (e.g. RadioMP3 and MegaRadio).
