An experiment with genetic algorithms and arena combat
... with genetic algorithms crossbreeding, and mutating simple assembly commands. I've played around a lot with selection schemes and different goals, and while they can develop some rudimentary skills, they always die off and fail to improve. While they can learn a way through a maze, I'm not seeing any emergent combat tactics more advanced than move in a direction flailing my sword around me. All in all it makes for a fairly retarded AI. -

ISUP is not developed although is it the easiest of all. See the roadmap to get informed about the status and plans. The 7-Scales is written in C under Linux. It requires some C-development skills and considerable knowledge in the area of SS7 Application Parts, namelly MAP, INAP and CAP. -

You can create different kinds of network packages e.g. ICMP echo request, echo replies, TCP packages with different settings, ... . You can start the programm by typing 'sudo ./start_pg2.sh interfacename'. The script is necessary to suppress the rst-packets from the linux kernel. I created this program to improve my C skills and to gain some experience in network programming. It is a early version and everyone is welcome to improve it ;).
