    scrcpy

    scrcpy

Display and control your Android device

scrcpy is an application for displaying and controlling your Android device through USB connection (or over TCP/IP). It is cross-platform (GNU/Linux, macOS and Windows) and does not require any root access. scrcpy displays only the device screen but offers great performance (30~60fps) and quality (1920×1080 or above). It’s got low latency (35~70ms) and a very low startup time (less than a second). It offers plenty of great features and is non-intrusive, with nothing left installed inside the device. ...

    keysniffer

    keysniffer

    Linux kernel mode debugfs keylogger

...So the module now supports a module parameter codes which shows the keycode shift_mask pair in hex (codes=1) or decimal (codes=2). You can lookup the keycodes in /usr/include/linux/input-event-codes.h. The keypress logs are recorded in debugfs as long as the module is loaded. Only root or sudoers can read the log. The module name has been camouflaged to blend-in with other kernel modules. You can, however, execute a script at shutdown or reboot (the procedure would be distro-specific) to save the keys to a file. DISCLAIMER: keysniffer is intended to track your own devices and NOT to trespass on others. The author has never used it to compromise any third-party device and is not responsible for any

    brightnessctl

    brightnessctl

CLI tool to read and control screen and LED brightness on Linux system

brightnessctl is a lightweight command-line utility written in C that enables users to read and control device brightness on Linux systems. At its core, the tool interacts with brightness interfaces exposed by backlight and LED devices, making it possible to query current brightness, adjust levels, and even restore previously saved states. By default, brightnessctl searches relevant device classes for available brightness controllers and, if no device is specified, automatically selects the...

    eXtensible Modular Hypervisor Framework

Hypervisor R&D for recent x86 with support for DRTM + 2D paging

...XMHF advocates a "rich" single-guest execution model where the hypervisor framework supports only a single-guest and allows the guest direct access to all performance-critical system devices and device interrupts. XMHF currently runs on recent multicore x86 hardware virtualized platforms with support for dynamic root of trust and nested (2-dimensional) paging. The framework is capable of running unmodified legacy multiprocessor capable OSes such as Windows and Linux. Documentation available at: http://xmhf.sourceforge.net/doc

    prog89s52

    prog89s52

Utility for programming an AT89S52 via a parallel port.

...A 5-way cable is required to connect the microcontroller to the port; wiring information is given in the included manual page. Remember that a clock source is required in order to program the device, and that EA must be tied to Vcc when programming the internal flash memory. Note that since prog89S52 uses ioperm() and friends to access the underlying port hardware, you may need to run it as root. Both binary and source may be freely distributed and modified, but both are provided without any form of express or implied warranty.
