ctypes is a Python module allowing to create and manipulate C data types in Python. These can then be passed to C-functions loaded from dynamic link libraries.

BioXTAS RAW is a program for analysis of Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) data. The software enables: creation of 1D scattering profiles from 2D detector images, standard data operations such as averaging and subtraction, analysis of radius of gyration (Rg) and molecular weight, and advanced analysis using GNOM and DAMMIF as well as electron density reconstructions using DENSS. It also allows easy processing of inline SEC-SAXS data and data deconvolution using the evolving factor analysis (EFA) or the regularized alternating least squares (REGALS) methods. SIMH is a highly portable, multi-system simulator. This was a CVS source code server for the project. It has not been updated, and SourceForge does not have commit access to CVS anymore. Please see the new project here: https://github.com/open-simh/simh

OpenBLT is mostly used as an STM32 bootloader, due to the popularity of STM32 microcontrollers. However, the bootloader’s architecture is such that it can work with any microcontroller and use any type of communication interface to perform firmware updates.

This is a user space TSS for TPM 2.0. It implements the functionality equivalent to (but not API compatible with) the TCG TSS working group's ESAPI, SAPI, and TCTI API's (and perhaps more) but with a hopefully simpler interface. It comes with over 110 "TPM tools" samples that can be used for scripted apps, rapid prototyping, education, and debugging. It also comes with a web based TPM interface, suitable for a demo to an audience that is unfamiliar with TCG technology. It is also useful for basic TPM management.
