    targets

    targets

    Function-oriented Make-like declarative workflows for R

The targets package is a pipeline / workflow management tool in R, designed to coordinate multi‐step computational workflows in data science / statistics. It tracks dependencies between “targets” (computational steps), skips steps whose upstream data or code hasn’t changed, supports parallel computation, branching (dynamic generation of sub‐targets), file format abstractions, and encourages reproducible and efficient analyses. It’s something like GNU Make for R, but more integrated. Skipping...

    Squidex

    Squidex

Headless CMS and content managment hub

...This makes it possible to compare different versions of your content and to roll back to a previous version. It also provides the audit log, so that you can see who did what and when. Our versioning system also enables it to react to changes in the system. So you can trigger external systems when content is changed and also post your blog to Medium or create a tweet automatically. We know that companies can have very complicated rules about who can create, review or publish content. With our compelling workflow system, you can implement your rules in Squidex.

    Genealogy of Life
...The idea then is that mutation accrual & genetic drift are the determining factors for "species maturation," not speciation itself. Unfortunately the Catalogue of Life Project, catalogueoflife.org, changed its database format more recently, so this converter only works on older versions of the data. In the last working version of the database, making the assumption that each taxonomic name, no matter what level, refers to an original real species & starting them all as female, over 2 million "species/persons" were generated.
