PHP Ticket System is a small PHP MySQL trouble ticket or work ordersystem that is a work in progress. At this point you can add user, categories, groups, and locations. End users are directed to a different view than the Admins/Techs/Help Desk users. End users can only submit tickets at this point using the portal once they login. In the future I hope to have the system set up to check an IMAP account for tickets. Future Features: IMAP tickets LDAP Integration, assign LDAP groups to access leves, system groups, locations.
