The Qt-based installer can scaffold pyappexec.ini, copy/rename the launcher, and (on macOS) bundle a self-contained .app with icons. The optional run-time GUI captures logs, while CLI mode stays lean for automation. Config is driven by a simple INI per OS, so app IDs, entry points, requirements, and paths are declarative.
