This is a C++ header-only library to provide an IEEE-754 conformant half-precision floating point type along with corresponding arithmetic operators, type conversions and common mathematical functions. It aims for both efficiency and ease of use, trying to accurately mimic the behaviour of the builtin floating point types at the best performance possible. It automatically uses and provides C++11 features when possible, but stays completely C++98-compatible when neccessary. -

I designed OverServer with a few lessons in mind from Valve and Won's metaserver setup for Half-life. It is at least somewhat resistant to attack through a challenge-response system for incoming requests. I also wanted the tool to be very simple to "snap in" to an existing application. -

Free Vector Math Library
C math functions vectorized for x86_64
The goal is to provide SSE (and eventually AVX) vectorized forms of C math functions. These function calls are the basis of floating point math, and currently prevent gcc from auto-vectorizing most numeric code. I want to fix that by providing vectorized versions. Presently, the library provides vectorized forms for double precision for about half of the standard C math functions.
