Hypercube is a tool for visualizing DOT (graphviz), GML, GraphML, GXL and simple text-based graph representations as SVG and EPS images.
Hypercube comes with a Qt based GUI application and a Qt-independent command-line tool. It uses a simulated annealing algorithm to lay out the graph, that can be easily parameterized to achieve the desired look.
The main development goals are portability and easy usage rather than high performance and complexity.
A simple editor for PlantUML. Requires PlantUML (and its dependencies, java and graphviz/dot).
Some features:
* update the diagram while editing
* code assistant to insert ready-made code snipets
* written in Qt4, so it should run on all platforms supported by Qt4 and PlantUML
* option to cache the PlantUML output to speed redo, undo and loading from disk
* can be used as a PlantUML viewer (see the wiki for more info)
Makes a C function call tree as GraphvizDOT file from CScope output.
The purpose of the project is generating a function call tree for a software application written in C.
This utility takes as input an uncompressed CScope (http://cscope.sourceforge.net/) output file.
With a few options, an output DOT language file can be generated.
The DOT file may be used as input for Graphviz (http://www.graphviz.org/) to make an image of the function call tree (see screenshot examples for tceetree run over its sources).
For more information, see the Wiki page.

(Dead) - This project is rendered useless due to Generics
This project cannot be used with source > Java version 1.4 without a major upgrade.
Some part may be usable, like the diagram generation using GraphViz but you will have to rewrite parts of that as well.
This program makes UML class diagrams from JAVA source or bytecode. The diagrams are generated using GraphVizDot. The user has full control over the process and can hide or show any of the extracted elements. Requirements: JAVA v1.4 or better, GraphViz.

This module provides a Perl interface to layout and image generation of
directed and undirected graphs in a variety of formats (PostScript,
PNG, etc.) using the "dot" and "neato" programs from the GraphViz
project (http://www.graphviz.org/).
The goal of this project is to implement the GraphvizDOT language as a DSL for Zest (The Eclipse Visualization Toolkit), both as an input and output format. Additional information is available at: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Graphviz_DOT_as_a_DSL_for_Zest
