w3m is a pager and/or text-based browser. It can handle table, cookies, authentication, and almost everything except JavaScript.

Advanced Onion Router is a portable client for the OR network and is intended to be an improved alternative for Tor+Vidalia+Privoxy bundle for Windows users. Some of the improvements include UNICODE paths, support for HTTP and HTTPS proxy protocols on the same Socks4/Socks5 port with HTTP header filtering that generates fake identity-dependent headers every time the identity is changed (proxy chains are also supported), support for NTLM proxies, a User Interface that makes Tor's options and actions more accessible, local banlist for forbidden addresses, private identity isolation, a point-and-click process interceptor that can redirect connections from programs that don't support proxies, also giving them fake information about the local system and support for .onion addresses. Also, it can estimate AS paths for all circuits and prevent AS path intersections, it can restrict circuits to be built using only nodes from different countries, can change circuit lengths and more.

FreeWRL is an Open Source, cross platform VRML2 and X3D compliant browser, with script, SAI and EAI support. Platforms supported: Linux and other Unix-style platforms; Mac OS/X; Windows. Support for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, QNX) is under development.

SPX, which stands for Simple Profiling eXtension, is just another profiling extension for PHP. It differentiates itself from other similar extensions as being totally free and confined to your infrastructure (i.e. no data leaks to a SaaS). Very simple to use: just set an environment variable (command line) or switch on a radio button (web request) to profile your script. Thus, you are free of manually instrumenting your code (Ctrl-C a long running command line script is even supported). Using a dedicated browser extension or command line launcher. Multi metrics capable: 22 are currently supported (various time & memory metrics, included files, objects in use, I/O...). Able to collect data without losing context. For example Xhprof (and potentially its forks) aggregates data per caller / callee pairs, which implies the loss of the full call stack and forbids timeline or Flamegraph based analysis.

LibreWeb is an open-source decentralized web browser, leveraging IPFS. What would you do differently; if you could reinvent The Internet in the 21st century? Built-in easy-to-use editor (whenever you want to publish some content without programming language knowledge). Decentralized (no single-point of failure or censorship), like P2P, DHT, and IPFS. Versioning/revisions of content and documents (automatically solves broken 'links', that can't be happy anymore). Publisher users should be able to add additional information about the document/page, eg. title or path (similar in how Jekyll is using the YML format for meta data).

headless-gl is an open-source Node.js library that provides a WebGL rendering context without requiring a browser window or graphical user interface. It enables developers to create and manipulate WebGL contexts directly within server-side JavaScript environments, making it possible to perform GPU-accelerated rendering tasks without launching a full browser. The project aims to conform closely to the WebGL specification so that standard WebGL APIs and shaders can be used in Node.js applications.
