Pearl Surf was designed to run from a usb thumb drive made the the Ubuntu USB-Creator. We included all you need to start browsing with Chromium and Thunderbird for an email client. Also included for added multimedia functions is Clementine, Banshee and totem. Startup Helper will help you start up the programs you use every day.
Startup Helper lets users choose which programs are launched when the OS boots up. It also allows for waiting periods between launching programs, to prevent programs slowing each other down.
