As of 1.05 Drugwar//e is available at GitLab only. https://gitlab.com/dewdude/drugwar2e DRUGWAR//e is a recreation of the classic PC/TI-Calculator game based off the TI-BASIC version. It is written in Applesoft BASIC and strives to be as close to the original as possible. TI-BASIC is very similar to Applesoft BASIC, but not enough that I could port it directly. Instead it will serve as a guide, allowing me to duplicate subroutines and game logic the same way. -

The Engine
Game creation engine with built-in BASIC interpreter.
"The Engine" is a game creation engine with built-in classic type BASIC interpreter (as known from old 8-bit computers), screen editor and full-screen editor, using OpenGL and SDL (currently POSIX only, but portable, in principle). It is aimed at game developers with little spare time, and tries to reduce program size with powerful commands that takes as much coding effort off the shoulders of the developer as humanly possible. The BASIC interpreter supports only labels, not line numbers, and the program is written with the built-in editor. Interpreter and graphics engine run in parallel, in separate threads, and hence interpreter speed is not an issue. The interpreter is not chiefly designed for speed, but for comfortable development. ...
