BasicNews is a simple news (NNTP) server for Linux. It's meant to be used as an internal server (eg. as a company news server, or private NNTP server, etc). MiNES is an editor for NES ROMs in the iNES format. I wrote MiNES because I needed a portable iNES editor that would allow me to change the PAL/NTSC bit of the iNES header.
