RoboMirror's aim is to provide a very simple and user-centered GUI for Robocopy to allow for easy synchronization of two directory trees, e.g., to perform a robust incremental backup, both locally (e.g., to an external hard disk) and across the network. Additionally, RoboMirror supports volume shadow copies. By using shadow copies, all files can be copied, including files locked by running processes (Outlook, SQL Server...).

FOG is a free open-source cloning/imaging solution/rescue suite. FOG can be used to image Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Window 8 PCs using PXE, PartClone, and a Web GUI to tie it together. Includes featues like memory and disk test, disk wipe, av scan & task scheduling.

IMPORTANT!!! Since this is new software, your web browser, operating system or even possibly antivirus software may report security alerts against this tool. Please ignore that messages until this tool gets widely spread. This program is highly inspired by Win32 Disk Imager and sort of copies it's function. However, I've added some features, like verification of readed/writed image file and the most important is on the fly support for zipped images. Another features worth mentioning are simultaneous write to multiple devices at one time or wiping of device filesystem and partitions. I would be happy to hear your feedback and I'm ready to listen to your suggestions. Feel free to request new features, if I found them interesting I will definitely implement them. RobocopyKIS is a graphical interface to Microsoft's robocopy (Robust copy) tool, specifically its mirror mode where KIS means keep-it-simple. The mirror mode is ideal for home computer backups of a set of folders with unique names to an external USB drive. The intended use is to backup your User folders like Documents, Pictures, Videos, etc. to a directory location on a USB drive. The folder names are created on the USB drive and the contents mirrored (i.e., the contents of your User folders are exactly mirror under the target folder) to each unique folder. The contents of the destination are copied or deleted to match the contents on your main computer's User folders. The selection of folders allows one to only backup the data that they care about and not everything under the User's directory like the folder 3D Objects or other hidden folders like AppData that you may or may not want mirrored.

A simple backup program written in C# that uses AlphaVSS (Thanks Decaf!) to copy files that are in use by programs. I created this project after becoming frustrated with the bulkiness and price of backup solutions available. I have become distracted with other projects, including porting over a concept of this project to C++. There is a lot of good code here and plenty more to do. The aim of this project was to build an automated game save backup system, which would backup your save files everytime a game process is ended, provided that this game is included on AutoSaver.
