mod_auth_tkt is a lightweight repository-agnostic ticket-based authentication module for Apache written in C. It is a drop-in replacement for basic authentication, and can implement a single-signon framework across multiple apache instances and machines.

pam_krb5 is designed to allow smooth integration of Kerberos 5 passwordchecking with applications built using PAM. It also supports session-specific ticket files (which are neater), Kerberos IV ticket file grabbing, and AFS token-grabbing.
