An implementation of ldaplist for Linux

This is a set of Perl scripts written with perl-ldap for user and group management in LDAP directory.

This small perl tool allows you to easily modify LDIF files with the power of regular Expressions. Unlike the sed-command this tool deals well with LDIF files, supporting base64 encoding/decoding and wrapping/folding. It can be used in a pipe, making it the ideal choice for automation and enhances common commands like ldapsearch and ldif-extract.

A fork of nss_db, modified to work on Solaris as well as Linux. This provides an alternative location for storing configuration information used by the Name Service Switch libraries, and may be used to supplement user, group and other information in a Berkeley DB. The Berkeley DB NSS module provides an alternative means for storing configuration information traditionally kept in several plain-text files in /etc (e.g. /etc/passwd). The module uses the Berkeley DB Library to store this information in several database files in /var/db (e.g. /var/db/passwd.db). Using these databases can lead to a considerable speed-up if the files in /etc are large (e.g. on a system with a lot of accounts). The databases may also be used as a local cache for network accounts, or as a means to supplement or override UIDs, GIDs, home directories etc. provided by network accounts.

Our target is to create an easy to use webinterface in php to support the daily administrative tasks. It shall help to manage an LDAP tree, samba, squid, cron and various other modules. Something like webmin, but more userfriendly and task based.

An OpenLDAP overlay that can launch a script when you add, alter or delete an entry in a specified organizational unit. The script name and the organizational unit can be configured in the slapd.conf file or in the cn=config dn.

This pam module joins the functionality of both pam_listfile and pam_mysql modules. It was made after a request of such a module in the pam-dev maling list. For the user the configuration options are a merge from the ones found on both modules.

This module provides single sign-on behavior. The user types a passphrase when logging in and is allowed in if it decrypts the user's SSH private key. An ssh-agent is started and keys are added. For the entire session, the user types no more passwords.
