Graphic Live Mixer
GLMixer performs real time graphical blending of several movie clips and of computer generated graphics. Drop video files in the mixing workspace and place them in a circular area to change their opacity ; if you selects two videos, moving them together performs a fading transition. This principle generalizes to a large number of videos. Direct interaction with the video allows to be fast and reactive, and to move and deform them on screen. The output of your operations is shown in the output window, typically displayed in full-screen on an external monitor or a projector. But the output can also be saved as a video file. Control GLMixer through network using OpenSoundControl, and generate graphics with ShaderToy GLSL code. New version 0.5.1 Released February 9th 2016. Snowmix is a Swiss army knife tool for mixing live and recorded video and audio feeds. It supports 2D and 3D clipping, scaling and transparent overlay of video, png graphics and text. It supports animation of video, images and texts through native commands changing scale, placement, transparency and rotation. Animation and actions can also be controlled through native scripting and an embedded Tcl interpreter. Snowmix is designed for control over low bandwidth links and can work as a standalone CLI based program. Control over both CLI and a TCP connections. Input and outputs can be done through GStreamer pipelines or the GStreamer shmsrc/shmsink API. OS X on Intel and Linux on amd64/i386/i686/ARMv7 and FreeBSD on amd64 supported. simple algorithm for a realtime interactive visual cortex for painting
A paint program where the canvas is the visual cortex of a simple kind of artificial intelligence. You paint with the mouse into its dreams and it responds by changing what you painted gradually. There will also be an API for using it with other programs as a general high-dimensional space. Each pixel's brightness is its own dimension. Bayesian nodes have exactly 3 childs because that is all thats needed to do NAND in a fuzzy way as Bayes' Rule which is NAND at certain extremes. NAND can be used to create any logical system. In this early version, I'm still working on edge detection and its understanding of the same shapes at different brightnesses. This will be a module of the bigger Human AI Net project and will be used for adding realtime intuitive high dimensional intelligence in audio and visual interactions with the user.

Sphere surface layers of visual cortex approach maximum info density
Near the surface (even horizon) of a black hole, there is maximum information density in units of squared plancks (and some translation to qubits). Similarly, our imagination is the set of all possible things we can draw onto our most dense layer of visual cortex in electricity patterns. Bigger layers have more neurons to handle those possibilities. A Black Hole Cortex is a kind of visual cortex that has density of neuron layers similar to density at various radius from a black hole. What we think our eyes see, the imagination, is the densest and smallest layer. SphereSurfaces outside it recursively have more neurons, more surface area, but less density since it has to eventually dimension-reduce to high level ideas, like there are 10000 Wikipedia page names that cover most parts of the world. We can think of Wikipedia as a layer above our brains, a global SphereSurface of large surface area (a cortex layered on billions of minds) and small (10000 most important pages) density.

Live Video/Audio production suite
It's a live Broadcast YUV 4:2:2 using any V4L2 as video sources, and any BlackMagic as hardware output renderer. It is based at SDL, V4L2, and DeckLink SDK.
