Ampache is a Web-based audio/video file manager. It allows you to view, edit, and play your audio files via the Web. It has many features including Last.FM scrobbling, an extensive API and on the fly transcoding.
An easy to use PHP system, requires no databases. It can display all, or selected files and subdirectories in a specified directory. Comes in both a basic listing version, and a much more extravagant management version with users and permission schemes.
