    ...A stereo line-level audio input is required, and support for sampling rates of 192 kHz or higher is desirable. The impulse tester is designed to study changes that occur in a non-periodic signal when passing through the electronic device being tested. Testing is performed by generating a single pulse, recording the original pulse shape on one channel, recording the modified pulse shape on another channel, and then comparing the shapes of the original and tested signals.
