A client program compatible with the INDI standard (see http://indi.sourceforge.net) for remote telescope and device control. It works under Windows as well as Linux. It is writen in Python and uses the GTK in order to display the GUI.
...PyQt applications may also be built on top of IndiClient, thus allowing rapid development of GUI Indi clients.
Besides Python there are also bindings for node.js, Tcl (incomplete) and PHP (not useful).
As application examples you will find a Python Websocket server with which you may build a web application interacting with Indi servers, and a simple PyQt application similar to the Kstars Indi Control Panel (was built as an exercise).

The MYRaf is a practicable astronomical image reduction and photometry software and interface for IRAF. For this purpose, MYRaf uses iraf, PyRAF and alipy via great programming language Python and Qt framework. Also MYRaf is a absolutely free software and distributed with GPLv3 license. You can use it without restrictive licenses, make copies for your friends, school or business.
QDeblend3D is a dedicated software tool for the deblending of QSO and host galaxy emission in 3D datacubes obtained with optical IFU spectrographs. The GUI allows to control the process and to visualize the results with an integrated cube viewer.
