This means that this software CAN NOT BE USED WITHOUT Swiss Ephemeris library (swedll32.dll) nor without Swiss Ephemeris files. Note that Swiss Ephemeris is developped and supported by Astrodienst and distributed under GNU Public Licence (GPL) and SEPL (Swiss Ephemeris Public Licence). Swenglal is a TOTALLY INDEPENDANT LIBRARY developped and supported by Margot Honoré with absolutely no relation to Astrodienst or Swiss Ephemeris.
