    This driver is derived from the PWC driver found in the Linux kernel. It adds V4L2 controls (`V4L2_CID_FLASH_STROBE/STROBE_STOP`) to drive the led present on some cameras. This driver may be used to control long exposure modded webcams (SPC900, TouCam,..) when the led is used to trigger long exposure (this avoids the use of an additional serial port).
