WSClean (w-stacking clean) is a fast generic widefield imager. It uses the w-stacking algorithm and can make use of the w-snapshot algorithm. As of Feb 2014, it is 2-12 times faster than CASA's w-projection, depending on the array configuration. It supports full-sky imaging and proper beam correction for homogeneous dipole arrays such as the MWA. WSClean allows Hogbom and Cotton-Schwab cleaning and has wideband, multiscale, compressed sensing and joined-polarization deconvolution modes....

This driver is derived from the PWC driver found in the Linux kernel. It adds V4L2 controls (`V4L2_CID_FLASH_STROBE/STROBE_STOP`) to drive the led present on some cameras. It also synchronously sets the video mode when power_save is off. This driver may be used to control long exposure modded webcams (SPC900, TouCam,..) when the led is used to trigger long exposure (this avoids the use of an additional serial port).

libscmodcam provides an easy way for Linux applications to capture long-exposure frames from a Philips USB webcam (if it is supported by the PWC kernel driver). Currently only the SC1 modification and the C++ language are supported.
