    Homemade Machine Learning

    Homemade Machine Learning

Python examples of popular machine learning algorithms

...Each algorithm is accompanied by mathematical explanations, visualizations (often via Jupyter notebooks), and interactive demos so you can tweak parameters, data, and observe outcomes in real time. The purpose is pedagogical: you’ll see linear regression, logistic regression, k-means clustering, neural nets, decision trees, etc., built in Python using fundamentals like NumPy and Matplotlib, not hidden behind API calls. It is well suited for learners who want to move beyond library usage to understand how algorithms operate internally—how cost functions, gradients, updates and predictions work.

    DeepSeek Math

    DeepSeek Math

Pushing the Limits of Mathematical Reasoning in Open Language Models

...MATH, GSM8K, ARB), demonstration notebooks, prompt templates, and evaluation results on math benchmarks. The goal is to push DeepSeek’s performance in domains that require rigorous symbolic steps, calculus, linear algebra, number theory, or multi-step derivations. The repo may also include modules that integrate external computational tools (e.g. a CAS / computer algebra system) or calculator assistance backends to enhance correctness. Because math reasoning is a high bar for LLMs, DeepSeek-Math aims to showcase their model’s ability not just in natural text but in precise formal reasoning.

    Recurrent Interface Network (RIN)

    Recurrent Interface Network (RIN)

Implementation of Recurrent Interface Network (RIN)

...The last ingredient seems to be a new noise function based around the sigmoid, which the author claims is better than cosine scheduler for larger images. The big surprise is that the generations can reach this level of fidelity. Will need to verify this on my own machine. Additionally, we will try adding an extra linear attention on the main branch as well as self-conditioning in the pixel space. The insight of being able to self-condition on any hidden state of the network as well as the newly proposed sigmoid noise schedule are the two main findings.

    RWKV

    RWKV

    RNN with great LLM performance

RWKV-LM is the main research and training repository for the RWKV language model architecture. It presents RWKV as an attention-free RNN-style model that aims to reach transformer-level language model performance. The project is built around the idea that a model can be trained in a parallelizable way like a GPT-style transformer while running inference with recurrent efficiency. This gives RWKV important advantages for long-context use, including lower memory pressure and no traditional...

    Graph of Thoughts

    Graph of Thoughts

Official Implementation of "Graph of Thoughts

Graph of Thoughts is an open-source framework that implements a novel reasoning paradigm for large language models by organizing reasoning steps as a structured graph instead of a simple linear chain. Traditional reasoning methods such as chain-of-thought generate sequential reasoning steps, but Graph of Thoughts introduces a more flexible structure where multiple reasoning paths can be explored and evaluated simultaneously. In this framework, problems are modeled as a graph of operations where nodes represent reasoning steps and edges represent dependencies between them. ...

    Emb-GAM

    Emb-GAM

An interpretable and efficient predictor using pre-trained models

...In contrast, generalized additive models (GAMs) can maintain interpretability but often suffer from poor prediction performance due to their inability to effectively capture feature interactions. In this work, we aim to bridge this gap by using pre-trained neural language models to extract embeddings for each input before learning a linear model in the embedding space. The final model (which we call Emb-GAM) is a transparent, linear function of its input features and feature interactions. Leveraging the language model allows Emb-GAM to learn far fewer linear coefficients, model larger interactions, and generalize well to novel inputs. Across a variety of natural-language-processing datasets, Emb-GAM achieves strong prediction performance without sacrificing interpretability.

    Lambda Networks

    Lambda Networks

Implementation of LambdaNetworks, a new approach to image recognition

Implementation of λ Networks, a new approach to image recognition that reaches SOTA on ImageNet. The new method utilizes λ layer, which captures interactions by transforming contexts into linear functions, termed lambdas, and applying these linear functions to each input separately. Shinel94 has added a Keras implementation! It won't be officially supported in this repository, so either copy / paste the code under ./lambda_networks/tfkeras.py or make sure to install tensorflow and keras before running the provided commands.

    Machine Learning From Scratch

    Machine Learning From Scratch

Bare bones NumPy implementations of machine learning models

...The goal of the project is to help learners understand how machine learning algorithms work internally by building them step by step from fundamental mathematical operations. The repository includes implementations of algorithms ranging from simple models such as linear regression and logistic regression to more complex techniques such as decision trees, support vector machines, clustering methods, and neural networks. Because the code avoids external machine learning libraries, it exposes the full logic behind model training, optimization, and prediction processes. The project also provides examples and explanations that illustrate how the algorithms behave and how different components interact during training.

    InferSent

    InferSent

    InferSent sentence embeddings

...Trained on large NLI datasets, the embeddings generalize across tasks like sentiment analysis, entailment, paraphrase detection, and semantic similarity with simple linear classifiers. The repository provides pretrained vectors, training scripts, and clear examples for evaluating transfer on a wide suite of benchmarks. Because the encoder is compact and language-agnostic at the interface level, it’s easy to drop into production pipelines that need robust semantic features. InferSent helped popularize the idea that supervised objectives (like NLI) can yield strong general-purpose sentence encoders, and it remains a reliable baseline against which to compare newer models.
