    GSD Core

    GSD Core

Meta-prompting, context engineering, spec-driven development system

GSD Core is the core framework behind Open GSD, a workflow system for AI-assisted software engineering. It is designed to keep agent-driven development organized by turning vague goals into structured research, plans, tasks, implementation phases, verification steps, and handoffs. The project focuses on cleaner context, verified work, and more honest project history when working with coding agents. It supports installation across several AI coding runtimes and offers profiles for different...

    Ralph

    Ralph

Autonomous AI agent loop that runs until all PRD items are complete

Ralph is an autonomous AI coding loop that repeatedly runs agentic development tools until every item in a product requirements document is complete. It is designed to work with Amp or Claude Code, launching a fresh AI instance on each iteration to avoid context overload. Instead of relying on one long conversation, Ralph keeps progress through git history, a structured prd.json file, and an append-only progress.txt memory file. Each run selects the highest-priority unfinished user story, implements it, runs quality checks, commits passing work, and updates the PRD status. ...

    Secret Llama

    Secret Llama

Fully private LLM chatbot that runs entirely with a browser

Secret Llama is a privacy-first large-language-model chatbot that runs entirely inside your web browser, meaning no server is required and your conversation data never leaves your device. It focuses on open-source model support, letting you load families like Llama and Mistral directly in the client for fully local inference. Because everything happens in-browser, it can work offline once models are cached, which is helpful for air-gapped environments or travel. The interface mirrors the...

    SLING

    SLING

A natural language frame semantics parser

...The SLING parser can be trained to produce frame semantic representations of text directly without any explicit intervening linguistic representation. The SLING project is still work in progress. We do not yet have a full system that can extract facts from arbitrary text, but we have built a number of the subsystems needed for such a system. The SLING frame store is our basic framework for building and manipulating frame semantic graph structures. The Wiki flow pipeline can take a raw dump of Wikidata and convert this into one big frame graph.

    Five video classification methods

    Five video classification methods

Code that accompanies my blog post outlining five video classification

...As I’ve covered in my previous posts, video has the added (and interesting) property of temporal features in addition to the spatial features present in 2D images. While this additional information provides us more to work with, it also requires different network architectures and, often, adds larger memory and computational demands. We won’t use any optical flow images. This reduces model complexity, training time, and a whole whack load of hyperparameters we don’t have to worry about. Every video will be subsampled down to 40 frames. So a 41-frame video and a 500-frame video will both be reduced to 40 frames, with the 500-frame video essentially being fast-forwarded. ...
