    Robust Tube MPC

    Robust Tube MPC

Example implementation for robust model predictive control using tube

robust-tube-mpc is a MATLAB implementation of robust tube-based Model Predictive Control (MPC). The framework provides tools to design and simulate controllers that maintain stability and constraint satisfaction in the presence of bounded disturbances. Tube-based MPC achieves robustness by combining a nominal trajectory planner with an error feedback controller that keeps the actual system state within a "tube" around the nominal trajectory. This repository includes example scripts and implementations demonstrating how to apply the method to control problems. It is particularly useful for researchers, students, and engineers exploring robust control strategies in uncertain environments. By offering a structured implementation, robust-tube-mpc makes it easier to study and extend advanced MPC techniques for real-world applications.

    Robyn

    Robyn

Experimental, AI/ML-powered and open sourced Marketing Mix Modeling

Robyn is an open-source, AI/ML-powered Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) toolkit developed by Meta Marketing Science under the “facebookexperimental” GitHub umbrella. Its goal is to democratize rigorous MMM: what traditionally required expert statisticians and expensive consulting becomes accessible to any company with data. Robyn takes in historical data (spends on different marketing channels, conversions, or revenue, and optional context or organic-media variables) and uses a combination of techniques, regularized regression (Ridge), time-series decomposition (trend, seasonality, holiday effects), and hyperparameter optimization (via evolutionary algorithms), to estimate the incremental impact of each marketing channel. It explicitly models “carry-over” (adstock) and diminishing-returns (saturation) effects per channel, enabling realistic modeling of how advertising persists over time and saturates.

    Seamless Communication

    Seamless Communication

Foundational Models for State-of-the-Art Speech and Text Translation

Seamless Communication is a research project focused on building more integrated, low-latency multimodal communication between humans and AI agents. The motivation is to move beyond “text in, text out” and enable direct, live, multi-turn exchange involving language, gesture, gaze, vision, and modality switching without user friction. The system architecture includes a real-time multimodal signal pipeline for audio, video, and sensor data, a dialog manager that can decide when to act (speak, gesture, point) or query, and a cross-modal reasoning layer that fuses perception with semantic context. The research prototype includes components for visual grounding (understanding when a user references something in view), gesture recognition and synthesis, and turn-taking mechanisms that mirror human conversational timing. Because latency and synchronization are critical, the codebase invests in asynchronous scheduling, overlap of perception and reasoning, and fast fallback responses.

    Secret Llama

    Secret Llama

Fully private LLM chatbot that runs entirely with a browser

Secret Llama is a privacy-first large-language-model chatbot that runs entirely inside your web browser, meaning no server is required and your conversation data never leaves your device. It focuses on open-source model support, letting you load families like Llama and Mistral directly in the client for fully local inference. Because everything happens in-browser, it can work offline once models are cached, which is helpful for air-gapped environments or travel. The interface mirrors the modern chat UX you’d expect—streaming responses, markdown, and a clean layout—so there’s no usability tradeoff to gain privacy. Under the hood it uses a web-native inference engine to accelerate model execution with GPU/WebGPU when available, keeping responses responsive even without a backend. It’s a great option for developers and teams who want to prototype assistants or handle sensitive text without sending prompts to external APIs.

    Semantic Router

    Semantic Router

Superfast AI decision making and processing of multi-modal data

Semantic Router is a superfast decision-making layer for your LLMs and agents. Rather than waiting for slow, unreliable LLM generations to make tool-use or safety decisions, we use the magic of semantic vector space — routing our requests using semantic meaning. Combining LLMs with deterministic rules means we can be confident that our AI systems behave as intended. Cramming agent tools into the limited context window is expensive, slow, and fundamentally limited. Semantic Router enables lightning-fast and cheap tool usage that can scale to many thousands of tools. LLMs are slow, yet we use them for every decision in agentic use-cases. Semantic Router swaps slow LLM calls for superfast route decisions.

    Semantic Segmentation in PyTorch

Semantic segmentation models, datasets & losses implemented in PyTorch

Semantic segmentation models, datasets and losses implemented in PyTorch. PyTorch and Torchvision needs to be installed before running the scripts, together with PIL and opencv for data-preprocessing and tqdm for showing the training progress. PyTorch v1.1 is supported (using the new supported tensoboard); can work with earlier versions, but instead of using tensoboard, use tensoboardX. Poly learning rate, where the learning rate is scaled down linearly from the starting value down to zero during training. Considered as the go-to scheduler for semantic segmentation. One Cycle learning rate, for a learning rate LR, we start from LR / 10 up to LR for 30% of the training time, and we scale down to LR / 25 for remaining time, the scaling is done in a cos annealing fashion (see Figure bellow), the momentum is also modified but in the opposite manner starting from 0.95 down to 0.85 and up to 0.95.

    Shap-E

    Shap-E

Generate 3D objects conditioned on text or images

The shap-e repository provides the official code and model release for Shap-E, a conditional generative model designed to produce 3D assets (implicit functions, meshes, neural radiance fields) from text or image prompts. The model is built with a two-stage architecture: first an encoder that maps existing 3D assets into parameterizations of implicit functions, and then a conditional diffusion model trained on those parameterizations to generate new assets. Because it works at the level of implicit functions, Shap-E can render output both as textured meshes and NeRF-style volumetric renderings. The repository contains sample notebooks (e.g. sample_text_to_3d.ipynb, sample_image_to_3d.ipynb) so users can try out text → 3D or image → 3D generation. The code is distributed under the MIT license, and includes a “model card” that documents limitations, recommended use, and ethical considerations.

    Solace Agent Mesh

    Solace Agent Mesh

An event-driven framework designed to build multi-agent AI systems

Solace Agent Mesh is an event-driven framework designed to build, orchestrate, and scale multi-agent AI systems where specialized agents collaborate to solve complex tasks across distributed environments. It addresses one of the main challenges in modern AI systems, which is connecting isolated agents, data sources, and enterprise systems into a cohesive and interoperable ecosystem. The framework uses an asynchronous messaging architecture powered by an event broker, enabling agents to communicate reliably without tight coupling, which significantly improves scalability and fault tolerance. It introduces a standardized agent-to-agent communication protocol that allows different agents, regardless of their implementation or location, to exchange tasks, share data, and coordinate workflows efficiently. Solace Agent Mesh also includes orchestration mechanisms that dynamically break down user requests into smaller tasks and assign them to the most appropriate agents in real time.

    Spark NLP

    Spark NLP

State of the Art Natural Language Processing

Experience the power of large language models like never before, unleashing the full potential of Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Spark NLP, the open source library that delivers scalable LLMs. The full code base is open under the Apache 2.0 license, including pre-trained models and pipelines. The only NLP library built natively on Apache Spark. The most widely used NLP library in the enterprise. Spark ML provides a set of machine learning applications that can be built using two main components, estimators and transformers. The estimators have a method that secures and trains a piece of data to such an application. The transformer is generally the result of a fitting process and applies changes to the target dataset. These components have been embedded to be applicable to Spark NLP. Pipelines are a mechanism for combining multiple estimators and transformers in a single workflow. They allow multiple chained transformations along a machine-learning task.

    Spotlight

    Spotlight

    Deep recommender models using PyTorch

Spotlight uses PyTorch to build both deep and shallow recommender models. By providing both a slew of building blocks for loss functions (various pointwise and pairwise ranking losses), representations (shallow factorization representations, deep sequence models), and utilities for fetching (or generating) recommendation datasets, it aims to be a tool for rapid exploration and prototyping of new recommender models. Spotlight offers a slew of popular datasets, including Movielens 100K, 1M, 10M, and 20M. It also incorporates utilities for creating synthetic datasets. For example, generate_sequential generates a Markov-chain-derived interaction dataset, where the next item a user chooses is a function of their previous interactions. Recommendations can be seen as a sequence prediction task: given the items a user has interacted with in the past, what will be the next item they will interact with? Spotlight provides a range of models.

    Stable-Dreamfusion

    Stable-Dreamfusion

    Text-to-3D & Image-to-3D & Mesh Exportation with NeRF + Diffusion

A pytorch implementation of the text-to-3D model Dreamfusion, powered by the Stable Diffusion text-to-2D model. This project is a work-in-progress and contains lots of differences from the paper. The current generation quality cannot match the results from the original paper, and many prompts still fail badly! Since the Imagen model is not publicly available, we use Stable Diffusion to replace it (implementation from diffusers). Different from Imagen, Stable-Diffusion is a latent diffusion model, which diffuses in a latent space instead of the original image space. Therefore, we need the loss to propagate back from the VAE's encoder part too, which introduces extra time costs in training. We use the multi-resolution grid encoder to implement the NeRF backbone (implementation from torch-ngp), which enables much faster rendering.
