Smart Thermodynamic Modeling with Graph Neural Networks

The GNNPCSAFT Web App is an implementation of our project that focuses on using Graph Neural Networks (GNN) to estimate the pure-component parameters of the Equation of State PC-SAFT. We developed this app so the scientific community can access the model's results easily. In this app, the estimated pure-component parameters can be used to calculate thermodynamic properties and compare them with experimental data from the ThermoML Archive. - CPU-compatible desktop build The standard desktop release requires AVX2. For older CPUs, the runtime-compatible variant can be found with the suffix "-rtcompat-".

Meta-prompting, context engineering, spec-driven development system

GSD Core is the core framework behind Open GSD, a workflow system for AI-assisted software engineering. It is designed to keep agent-driven development organized by turning vague goals into structured research, plans, tasks, implementation phases, verification steps, and handoffs. The project focuses on cleaner context, verified work, and more honest project history when working with coding agents. It supports installation across several AI coding runtimes and offers profiles for different levels of workflow surface area. The system is especially useful for developers who use AI agents heavily and need more discipline around planning, execution, and review. It acts less like a single app and more like an execution layer for shipping software with agents.

    General Knowledge Machine Project

    General Knowledge Machine Project

Intellect Modeling Kit: assisting research, diagnostics, consulting

We humans are bound by intellectual abilities. All knowledge is far beyond power of any person. The only way to apply knowledge is to build machines able to present it human way but not limited by volume. Intellect Modeling Kit (IMK) is intended to build knowledge machines (KM) assisting experts on the steps of activity: * Observation; * Producing propositions based on knowledge; * Elimination of impossible propositions; * Selection and verification of the most appropriate propositions; * Memorizing - new knowledge item creation; * Abstraction – building objects representing typical signs of similar objects groups, data mining. KM is not intended to replace human experts, it is built to multiply abilities. Machine should not be responsible for decisions. The IMK is designed to create ready-to-use software applications using simple text files. Any human knowledge can be uploaded to KM by expert not familiar with software coding. Demos present in kit. Good luck!

    GitDiagram

    GitDiagram

AI tool that converts GitHub repositories into interactive diagrams

GitDiagram is an open source web application designed to help developers quickly understand the structure and architecture of GitHub repositories by automatically generating interactive diagrams. It analyzes repository metadata such as the file tree and project documentation to build a visual representation of how different components of a project relate to one another. It uses an AI-powered pipeline to interpret repository structure and transform that information into system design diagrams rendered with Mermaid visualization. These diagrams provide a high-level overview of a codebase, making it easier for developers to explore unfamiliar projects or understand large and complex repositories. Users can interact with the generated diagrams by clicking components to navigate directly to related files or directories within the repository. GitDiagram combines a modern web frontend with a backend service that processes repository data and generates diagrams dynamically.

    GitMCP

    GitMCP

Turn any GitHub repository into an MCP documentation server for AI

GitMCP is an open source remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to transform GitHub repositories into structured documentation hubs that AI assistants can query directly. It enables developer-focused AI tools to access up-to-date project documentation and source code so that responses are grounded in real repository content rather than outdated training data. By exposing repository documentation and code through standardized MCP tools, GitMCP helps reduce incorrect or fabricated answers when AI systems assist with coding tasks. It can operate in repository-specific mode, where an AI assistant connects to a particular project, or in a generic mode that allows switching between multiple repositories dynamically. Its architecture retrieves documentation, analyzes code, and provides searchable access to repository information through semantic search and code analysis capabilities.

    Gitingest

    Gitingest

Create prompt-friendly codebase digests from any Git repository URL

Gitingest is a developer utility that converts an entire Git repository into a structured, prompt-friendly text digest suitable for use with large language models. It analyzes a repository and produces a consolidated textual representation that includes the file structure and code content in an organized format. This makes it easier to provide meaningful code context when working with AI systems that require compact, readable inputs. Developers can generate these digests from either a local directory or a remote repository by supplying a repository path or URL. The generated output is optimized for prompt usage, helping AI models understand codebases more effectively without requiring manual file aggregation. In addition to producing the code digest, Gitingest also calculates statistics about the extracted content such as repository structure, total size of the extract, and token count. Gitingest can be used as a command line utility or integrated directly into Python applications.

    Graphical Grammar Studio

    Graphical Grammar Studio

An user friendly grammar tool for natural language processing tasks

Full documentation with tutorials is included in the download package. Graphical Grammar Studio is a tool for applying grammars which behave as words acceptors/consumers and annotators. GGS grammars can be used to find and annotate sequences of words which respect certain conditions, in a given input. Its purpose is for creating NLP tools like phrase chunkers, named entity finders, pronoun co-reference solvers etc. A grammar is represented by a state machine which can be visualized, edited and applied. A grammar is organized in graphs of nodes. Nodes are used for consuming words from the input, for executing jumps to other graphs in the grammar or for creating annotations etc. GGS has a unique feature: It allows the user to write JavaScript code to be executed for nodes of the grammar. This is useful for checking grammatical agreements but not only. The user can: declare variables (including complex js structures), check for boolean conditions, use variables in annotations etc.
