An API for Java developers who need Genetic Algorithms
This API is intended to help developers use genetic algorithms in their own java applications. GeneticLibrary.zip contains the netbeans project of the API itself. GeneticTrial.zip contains another netbeans project which is an example explaining how to use the API. docs.zip is the documentation of the API. Please take a look there, it is really helpful. I have only two request from who will use this API;
USE, UPDATE AND MODIFY IT FREELY

Java Decision Diagrams (BDD) libraries: JDD and JBDD
This project has been moved to bitbucket.org:
- https://bitbucket.org/vahidi/jbdd/wiki/Home
- https://bitbucket.org/vahidi/jdd/wiki/Home
It includes two libraries for working with decision diagrams:
- JBDD: a Java interface to two popular BDD libraries, CUDD and BuDDy
- JDD: a native Javalibrary supporting BDD, Z-BDD

MARS (Multi Agent Roundbased Simulator) is a simulator for Multi Agent systems written in java.
It sets up on the eclipse platform and is realized as a set of plugins.
It was started as a project-group at University of Paderborn in 2010.
At the moment there is a second project-group using MARS.
The german documentation of first group can be found at http://www.cs.uni-paderborn.de/fileadmin/Informatik/AG-Kleine-Buening/files/ws11/pg-agents-2/Abschlussdoku-pg-1.pdf
