    Retrieval-Based Conversational Model

    Retrieval-Based Conversational Model

Dual LSTM Encoder for Dialog Response Generation

Retrieval-Based Conversational Model in Tensorflow is a project implementing a retrieval-based conversational model using a dual LSTM encoder architecture in TensorFlow, illustrating how neural networks can be trained to select appropriate responses from a fixed set of candidate replies rather than generate them from scratch. The core idea is to embed both the conversation context and potential replies into vector representations, then score how well each candidate fits the current dialogue,...

    Netvlad

    Netvlad

NetVLAD: CNN architecture for weakly supervised place recognition

NetVLAD is a deep learning-based image descriptor framework developed by Relja Arandjelović for place recognition and image retrieval. It extends standard CNNs with a trainable VLAD (Vector of Locally Aggregated Descriptors) layer to create compact, robust global descriptors from image features. This implementation includes training code and pretrained models using the Pittsburgh and Tokyo datasets.

    LightSpMV

lightweight GPU-based sparse matrix-vector multiplication (SpMV)

LightSpMV is a novel CUDA-compatible sparse matrix-vector multiplication (SpMv) algorithm using the standard compressed sparse row (CSR) storage format. We have evaluated LightSpMV using various sparse matrices and further compared it to the CSR-based SpMV subprograms in the state-of-the-art CUSP and cuSPARSE. Performance evaluation reveals that on a single Tesla K40c GPU, LightSpMV is superior to both CUSP and cuSPARSE, with a speedup of up to 2.60 and 2.63 over CUSP, and up to 1.93 and...

    BudgetedSVM

    BudgetedSVM

    BudgetedSVM: A C++ Toolbox for Large-scale, Non-linear Classification

We present BudgetedSVM, a C++ toolbox containing highly optimized implementations of three recently proposed algorithms for scalable training of Support Vector Machine (SVM) approximators: Adaptive Multi-hyperplane Machines (AMM), Budgeted Stochastic Gradient Descent (BSGD), and Low-rank Linearization SVM (LLSVM). BudgetedSVM trains models with accuracy comparable to LibSVM in time comparable to LibLinear, as it allows solving highly non-linear classi fication problems with millions of...

    drvq

    dimensionality-recursive vector quantization

drvq is a C++ library implementation of dimensionality-recursive vector quantization, a fast vector quantization method in high-dimensional Euclidean spaces under arbitrary data distributions. It is an approximation of k-means that is practically constant in data size and applies to arbitrarily high dimensions but can only scale to a few thousands of centroids. As a by-product of training, a tree structure performs either exact or approximate quantization on trained centroids, the latter...

    Unsupervised TXT classifier

    Unsupervised TXT classifier

Classify any two TXT documents, no training required - JAVA

This program is made to address two most common issues with the known classifying algorithms. First, over-training and second, shortage of data for a training of categories. Instead, each TXT file is a category on its own, rather than an assigned category. In a way, this is similar to clustering but not really a clustering algorithm since there is some training involved. The summarizer from Classifier4J has been adjusted to accept two inputs (lets call them A and B). Then, the summarizer...
