This is a Spring Boot Web Application to manage and schedule appointments between providers and customers. It has many features such as automatic invoicing, email notifications, appointment cancelation, providers' individual working plans with breaks etc. Admin can add new providers, services and assign services to providers. Admin can see list of all: appointments, providers, customers, and invoices. He can also issue invoices manually for all confirmed appointments. The provider can set his own working plan, add breaks to that working plan and change his available services. The provider sees only his own appointments. After the appointment status is changed to the finished system automatically sends an email to the customer with information that appointment is finished. In case the appointment didn't take place there is also a link attached to that email that allows customers to reject that the appointment didn't take place.

Barbershop V5.0 is a web-based system that allows online customers to make reservations against a server-based appointment book. The system includes a supporting configuration page that allows shop management to specify staff-working patterns and to block out staff and bank holidays etc. Though it expects customers to make bookings online and pay for them upfront using Paypal, the support page also allows the shop management to take unpaid bookings from telephone enquirers. The software is designed to work from mobile phones as well as laptops etc. It uses a Mysql database. Barbershop V5.0 is designed for full commercial operation in the sense that it enable the operator to provide reservation services for an unlimited number of shops, all operating through a shared database and common code. Each shop has its own "website address" and is distinguished by its own graphic banner.

The principle of bot operation is to refresh a webpage with needed appointments periodically [TERMIN_URL] and to recognize the change on it. E.g., the page always contains the phrase "No free appointments" [NO_TERMIN_FOUND_STRING]. Then some free appointments are added to the system, and the phrase "No free appointments" disappears. There is a new phrase (e.g., "List of free appointments" [TERMIN_FOUND_STRING]) instead of the old one. Bot recognizes the change on the webpage and sends Telegram notifications about free appointments.
