Open Source Java Appointment Booking Software

This is a Spring Boot Web Application to manage and schedule appointments between providers and customers. It has many features such as automatic invoicing, email notifications, appointment cancelation, providers' individual working plans with breaks etc. Admin can add new providers, services and assign services to providers. Admin can see list of all: appointments, providers, customers, and invoices. He can also issue invoices manually for all confirmed appointments. The provider can set his own working plan, add breaks to that working plan and change his available services. The provider sees only his own appointments. After the appointment status is changed to the finished system automatically sends an email to the customer with information that appointment is finished. In case the appointment didn't take place there is also a link attached to that email that allows customers to reject that the appointment didn't take place.

Appointment scheduler allows a customer, patient or client to schedule an appointment via the company's homepage. This project is developed on java platform. and this is totally free.

This application is simulation/ practice for a fictional business, providing a web-based interface to allow customers of the business to schedule appointments for maintenance on a power boat or sail boat. Technicians that are properly trained and certified for a particular task will be assigned to given incoming customer requests. Technicians can view their own schedule and assist customers with creating or modifying appointments. Management is able to add and remove technicians as personnel are hired or dismissed/ resign, and add additional tasks to technicians who complete additional training. Management is also able to view schedules and assist customers with appointments.

Termin (eng. appointment) is essential in Germany, especially in Berlin. Sometimes it is tough to get a termin in public institutions and this bot is a way to automate termin checks and send Telegram notifications, if free termin was found. The code could be also considered as a template for subsequent development. The principle of bot operation is to refresh a webpage with needed appointments periodically [TERMIN_URL] and to recognize the change on it. E.g., the page always contains the phrase "No free appointments" [NO_TERMIN_FOUND_STRING]. Then some free appointments are added to the system, and the phrase "No free appointments" disappears. There is a new phrase (e.g., "List of free appointments" [TERMIN_FOUND_STRING]) instead of the old one. Bot recognizes the change on the webpage and sends Telegram notifications about free appointments.
