    Animated GIF control for Windows

    A Windows control that plays GIF animations. It comes with a platform-agnostic GIF file loader. You'll need to embed the GIF as a raw binary then create a temporary stream to package images, the resource compiler isn't up to it. The control uses the timer to update the animation. It's written in pure C, and only exposes three functions.
