This library contains Java code for several Read-Write Locks: - ScalableRWLock: A rw-lock that scales with the number of threads doing read-lock. - ScalableRWLockS: Similar to above but different implementation. - ScalableStampedRWLock: An hybrid of the ScalableRWLock and the StampedLock provided in JDK 8, which provides good overall performance. - FAARWLock: Uses a Fetch-And-Add operation for the read-lock which means it is not so scalable as ScalableRWLock but it is still faster than classical implementations

This is a hash table, implemented in C, supporting constant-time add/find/remove of C structures. Any structure having a unique, arbitrarily-typed key member can be hashed by adding a UT_hash_handle member to the structure and calling these macros.

JoSQL (Java Objects SQL) provides SQL capabilities for querying, ordering and grouping of collections of Java objects (POJOs). It allows a SQL statement to be applied to the collection of objects and the matching set returned, ordered and grouped.

TSPSG is intended to generate and solve Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) tasks. It uses Branch and Bound method for solving. An input is a number of cities and a matrix of city-to-city travel prices. The matrix can be populated with random values in a given range (useful for generating tasks). The result is an optimal route, its price, step-by-step matrices of solving and solving graph. The task can be saved in internal binary format and opened later. The result can be printed or saved as PDF, HTML, or ODF. TSPSG may be useful for teachers to generate test tasks or just for regular users to solve TSPs. Also, it may be used as an example of using Branch and Bound method to solve a particular task.

Critterding is a "Petri dish" universe in 3D that demonstrates evolving artificial life. Critters start out with completely random brains and bodies, but will automatically start evolving into something with much better survival skills.

The Safe C Library provides bound checking memory and string functions per ISO/IEC TR24731. These functions are alternative functions to the existing standard C library that promote safer, more secure programming. The ISO/IEC Programming languages — C spec, C11, now includes the bounded APIs in Appendix K, "Bounds-checking interfaces". This latest upload supports building static library, a shared library and a linux kernel module.

DjVu++ is a user-friendly program that used to manipulate DjVu file formats such as eBooks with a penalty of editing features. The program introduce a free replacement for the property PDF format with similar resolution and smaller file size DjVu++ also support OCR to handle text in scanned books and images. The program shows good performance for English. In addition to the Arabic language to lead free and commercial software in this area. The Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP) is a Python data processing framework. From the user's perspective, MDP is a collection of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and other data processing units that can be combined into data processing sequences and more complex feed-forward network architectures. From the scientific developer's perspective, MDP is a modular framework, which can easily be expanded. The implementation of new algorithms is easy and intuitive. The new implemented units are then automatically integrated with the rest of the library. The base of available algorithms is steadily increasing and includes signal processing methods (Principal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis, Slow Feature Analysis), manifold learning methods ([Hessian] Locally Linear Embedding), several classifiers, probabilistic methods (Factor Analysis, RBM), data pre-processing methods, and many others.

XSWAG (Extended SourceWare Archive Group) is a revival project for the famous SWAG code archives for the Pascal programming language. This project is open to every Pascal/Delphi programmer who wishes to contribute to the global Pascal knowledge base. Current version (testing 0.9) features : - a reader program : allows users to browse through the code archives, organizes them by type and operating system and updates the archives from multiple XSWAG servers. - a server daemon : maintains a list of archives and provides updates to clients. - a creator program : to quickly make or modify an XSWAG archive file, add/remove sources and update sources info (os, compiler, architecture, contact info, author name, subject).
