    S-Match

    S-Match

S-Match is a semantic matching framework.

S-Match is a semantic matching framework. S-Match takes any two tree like structures (such as database schemas, classifications, lightweight ontologies) and returns a set of correspondences between those tree nodes which semantically correspond to one another. S-Match contains implementations of the semantic matching, minimal semantic matching and structure preserving semantic matching algorithms. S-Match applies as a solution in many fields, including: information integration,...

    StormLisp

Developing Lisp programs for the LEGO EV3 brick

Developing Lisp programs for the LEGO EV3 brick. I have developed in the Java programming language a Lisp interpreter named StormLisp. It can be started on the PC either to process general Lisp programs or to experiment with Lisp. In addition, its main domain is the LEGO EV3 brick that can be controlled by using a StormLisp program. For this I use the leJOS EV3 system which enables the LEGO EV3 brick to process Java programs.

    HRDAG

    Framework for Hierarchical Graph Decomposition

This is a framework used to decompose hierarchical graphs, i.e.,graphs which were created from or contain a hierarchy of modules. Each module is reused several times in the hierarchy. This may be useful to reverse-engineer human constructs like electronic equipment, manufactured machines, or bureaucratic hierarchies; but also to decompose natural constructs like gene-relation or protein-relation nets.

    JBernstein

    JBernstein

JBernstein: Exploration techniques for non-linear constraint checking

JBernstein is a tool implemented in Java that enables to check whether a polynomial constraint holds for all variables within their domain. It is mainly used in the verification or synthesis of cyber-physical systems where the system model is nonlinear. The tool also supports specifications in assume-guarantee style. The underlying algorithm is based on a translation to Bernstein polynomials, and several optimization techniques are implemented to ensure efficiency.

    ontocomp

OntoComP is a Protégé 4 plug-in for completing OWL ontologies

OntoComP is a Protégé 4 plug-in for completing OWL ontologies. It enables the user to check whether an OWL ontology contains "all relevant information" about the application domain, and extends the ontology appropriately if this is not the case. It achieves this by asking the user questions of the form "are instances of classes C1 and C2 also instances of class C3?". If the user confirms such a question, then a new axiom of the application domain that does not follow from the ontology has...

    Concurrency Freaks

A library with Scalable (and fast) Read-Write locks

This library contains Java code for several Read-Write Locks: - ScalableRWLock: A rw-lock that scales with the number of threads doing read-lock. - ScalableRWLockS: Similar to above but different implementation. - ScalableStampedRWLock: An hybrid of the ScalableRWLock and the StampedLock provided in JDK 8, which provides good overall performance. - FAARWLock: Uses a Fetch-And-Add operation for the read-lock which means it is not so scalable as ScalableRWLock but it is still faster than classical implementations
