LDIFF is an enhanced language-independent line differencing tool built upon the Unix diff and overcomes its limitations in determining whether an artifact line has been changed or is the result of additions and removals
fxSTL is a C++ container library. fxSTL stands for the Fixed Standard Template Library. fxSTL is not a replacement for the STL, but is rather an extension of the STL that provides implementations of fixed size containers.
Fast search using a standard SQL on Oracle or PostgreSQL database. The package includes the database creator, loader and web application. It supports SMILES and SMARTS substructure searches, similarity search, stereochemistry.
Auth0 Token Vault handles secure token storage, exchange, and refresh for external providers so you don't have to build it yourself.
Rolling your own OAuth token storage can be a security liability. Token Vault securely stores access and refresh tokens from federated providers and handles exchange and renewal automatically. Connected accounts, refresh exchange, and privileged worker flows included.
This projects hosts the worlds fastest algorithms for the labeling of point-features. It especially looks for algorithms thar are free of constraints, applicable to many scenarios (e.g., visualization, maps...) and do not need any preprocessing.
The Adobe Source Libraries (ASL) are a collection of C++ libraries building foundation technology to allow the construction of commercial applications by assembling generic algorithms through declarative descriptions.
A fully functional red-black tree implemented in C++/CLI with an OO approach of naming and structuring which makes the code highly readable as well as easily portable to C# or Java. The package also includes a binary search tree and two traversal algorithms.
Gearbox provides a collection of usable peer-reviewed robotics-related libraries. Gearbox is not an integration framework. Rather, it provides a set of implementations, without insisting on a standard API, for use by any number of existing frameworks.
Secure File Transfer for Windows with Cerberus by Redwood
Protect and share files over FTP/S, SFTP, HTTPS and SCP with the #1 rated Windows file transfer server.
Cerberus supports unlimited users and connections on a single IP, with built-in encryption, 2FA, and a browser-based web client — all deployable in under 15 minutes with a 25-day free trial.
This library is a lightweight implementation of genetic algorithm, contains the most popular types of chromosomes and the basic algorithms for selection, elitism, crossing and mutation.
A Java library and set of tools to quickly and easily manipulate graphs (set of nodes and edges) and dynamic graphs. The principal trait of this library is its ability to manage (create, edit, layout, display) continuously evolving graphs.
The development of this project now takes place on Github. Visit the official Graphstream website at http://graphstream-project.org

TimeFinder automatically optimizes schedules (timetables) for universities and high schools. It makes manual timetabling for the timetabler easier via a Java GUI. Export+import is supported via xml and text formats. http://timefinder.sourceforge.net/
PHP Business Rules is an open source application layer for PHP. The logic is defined in rules and facts. Like most Business Rule Engines (BRE) it uses the Rete algorithm.
This is a tidy lightweight library implementing a series of C++ Design Patterns, aiming to be simple, clean and portable. This library is made to help C++ programmers to develop projects with clearer and more compact source code.
An R package for detailed inspection and analysis of LCMS data. An R package developed by Sukhdeep Singh at Department of Surgery and Cancer, Imperial College London,UK.
Based on the introduction of Genetic Algorithms in the excellent book "Collective Intelligence" I have put together some python classes to extend the original concepts.
Don't hard-code data-structures for Artificial Intelligence (AI). Evolve them (and control flow) as cycles of arrays in arrays with size constraints based on other array sizes (at specific index) in terms of range, multiply, exponent, or permutation. No working code yet. Whats there now is an extension of GigaLineCompile which would become part of Human AI Net, but there are other projects to finish before I can come back to this one.
A base set of libraries. Boilerplate type code and algorithms.
Currently skuttil (Java util & parsing code) and searKit (generic Java search framework).
Game Toolbox is a C# assembly designed to facilitate the creation of games and game prototypes. It contains no graphics code, does not depend on XNA, and is Mono-compatible. It provides implementations of A*, GOAP, a genetic algorithm, and more.
Interface to deal with graphs ( Adjacency list representation ) written in C... Only basic operations available now, soon to be more =) Small project to college, not much implemented yet...
A branch-and-prune method to find all solutions to systems of nonlinear equations. The number of variables must equal the number of equations. The variables must have proper lower and upper bounds. The solver has an interface to the AMPL environment.
