    Zstandard

    Zstandard

Zstandard - Fast real-time compression algorithm

Zstandard is a fast compression algorithm, providing high compression ratios. It also offers a special mode for small data, called dictionary compression. The reference library offers a very wide range of speed / compression trade-off, and is backed by an extremely fast decoder (see benchmarks below). Zstandard library is provided as open source software using a BSD license. Its format is stable and published as IETF RFC 8478. The negative compression levels, specified with --fast=#, offer...

    KACTL

    KACTL

    KTH algorithm competition template library

...The repository aggregates dozens of concise implementations of essential data structures, numerical methods, graph algorithms, string processing tools, computational geometry routines, and optimization techniques, all designed with speed, correctness, and compactness in mind. Instead of reinventing algorithms on the fly during contests like ACM-ICPC or Codeforces rounds, competitors can import exactly the component they need — whether a segment tree with lazy propagation, a minimum cost flow solver, or a fast Fourier transform — and focus their energy on problem logic and strategy.

    The Algorithms Python

    The Algorithms Python

    All Algorithms implemented in Python

...It serves primarily as an educational resource for learners and developers who want to understand how algorithms work under the hood. Each implementation is designed with clarity in mind, favoring readability and comprehension over performance optimization. The project covers various domains including mathematics, cryptography, machine learning, sorting, graph theory, and more. With contributions from a large global community, it continually grows and improves through collaboration and peer review. This repository is an ideal reference for students, educators, and developers seeking hands-on experience with algorithmic concepts in Python.

Colibri - The ENVI / IDL Code Library

A collection of well documented ENVI / IDL algorithms and applications

Colibri is a repository for source code developed in ENVI/IDL under the Open Source Initiative. It contains a wide variety of algorithms and applications which are of interest for the remote sensing community. The code is organized in a hierarchical way. At the lowest level, common code performing all kinds of basic functionality is available to the higher levels, i.e. classes and applications. Classes are object based functionalities performing more specific tasks. Both common code and...

    rodneyspr

    Re-imagining of Heisermann's classic Self-Programming Robot

...The end result will be at least three sets of code, for the Alpha, Beta and Gamma versions of Rodney. We would also like to experiment with a "Delta" version which could use either bare RF or WiFi to exchange state data between machines. A "hive mind" if you like. For the new-generation version, we propose targeting two hardware platforms: 1. Arduino, since it's cheap and easy to use, while remaining close to the bare metal 2. A purpose-built AVR card, or easily ported to cards obtainable from sources such as futurlec.com, etc. RaspberryPi is also an option later

    Wittgen

WIttgen is a two-instruction programming language modeled on the mind.

...In the course of performing that assign any retrieve operations indicated in the text are performed before committing the assign. That is all there the system does. The driving motivation for this design is that as far as we know, the human mind supports these two instructions. It may have additional mechanisms that create new assigns, but using the results of these mechanisms requires a system built from these instructions.
