    Python Outlier Detection

    Python Outlier Detection

A Python toolbox for scalable outlier detection

...PyOD has multiple neural network-based models, e.g., AutoEncoders, which are implemented in both PyTorch and Tensorflow. PyOD contains multiple models that also exist in scikit-learn. It is possible to train and predict with a large number of detection models in PyOD by leveraging SUOD framework. A benchmark is supplied for select algorithms to provide an overview of the implemented models. In total, 17 benchmark datasets are used for comparison, which can be downloaded at ODDS.

    tsfresh

    tsfresh

Automatic extraction of relevant features from time series

...Without tsfresh, you would have to calculate all characteristics by hand. With tsfresh this process is automated and all your features can be calculated automatically. Further tsfresh is compatible with pythons pandas and scikit-learn APIs, two important packages for Data Science endeavours in python. The extracted features can be used to describe or cluster time series based on the extracted characteristics. Further, they can be used to build models that perform classification/regression tasks on the time series. Often the features give new insights into time series and their dynamics.

Kalman and Bayesian Filters in Python

Kalman and Bayesian Filters in Python

Kalman Filter book using Jupyter Notebook

...Introductory text for Kalman and Bayesian filters. All code is written in Python, and the book itself is written using Juptyer Notebook so that you can run and modify the code in your browser. What better way to learn? This book teaches you how to solve all sorts of filtering problems. Use many different algorithms, all based on Bayesian probability. In simple terms Bayesian probability determines what is likely to be true based on past information. This book is interactive. While you can read it online as static content, it's better to use it as intended. ...
