Besides its URL transformation applications, qenqote can be given a variable name from which it produces text of "for (...) { }" or "while (...) { }" structures; can produce formatted dates or strings according to clipboard and other data; can put HTML tags around clipped text; can apply regular-expression substitutions to text; and can output any simple function one cares to program.
