    Headunit Revived

    Headunit Revived

Headunit App for displaying Android Auto

Headunit Revived is an Android application that turns an Android tablet or phone into an Android Auto receiver. It revives and continues the idea of the original open-source Headunit project. The app is useful for people who want to create a dedicated Android Auto display using existing Android hardware. It supports wired USB connections between a phone and the device running Headunit Revived. It also offers wireless connection options through a helper app, legacy launchers, manual setup, or Android intents for power users. Overall, it is a practical project for custom car setups, testing environments, and Android Auto experimentation.

    Scrcpy GUI

A simple & beautiful GUI application for scrcpy

Ubuntu for Redmi Note 10 Pro sweetin

Ubuntu Touch (Halium) port for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

This is a single-zip installer combining a LineageOS 18.1 base with a fixed Ubuntu Touch/UBports rootfs - flash one zip from TWRP and it handles everything: partitions, data formatting, and the Ubuntu Touch install itself. On top of the base rootfs this includes fixes for hardware/UI issues specific to this device (battery reporting, status bar layout, session menu, vibrator, wireless display, and more). This SourceForge project exists only to host the flashable zip files, since they're a few GB each and too large for GitHub Releases. Everything else - source, build scripts, documentation, fixes, and issue tracking - lives on GitHub: https://github.com/CraftParking/ubuntu-touch-sweetin Grab the latest zip from the Files section here, check the GitHub repo for install instructions and known issues.

    Wireless Beamer

Client/server (on Raspberry) to display presentations without wire

At the School of Engineering and Architecture of Fribourg (and in most universities) professors and speakers use a beamer to display and present their courses. These bea- mers usually are used as a screen by the computers through a VGA cable and display the desktop and everything that happens on screen with a limited resolution. In our wireless era, this cable shouldn’t exist in the first place. The objective of this project is to develop a cross-platform, open-source and low-cost hardware/software gateway proposing a wireless connection to the beamer while offe- ring new functionalities to the user, such as sending a specific area of his/her screen to the beamer, storing and displaying presentations and documents from the gateway and even video streaming.
