The purpose of MoRe4ABM - Managing Ongoing RElationships for ABM - is to support representing and analysing social networks in agent-based modeling. The library provides a large number of network generators and a comprehensive framework for network and node level measures. It integrates well with Repast Simphony and uses the JUNG library. More4ABM furthermore supports initialisation of geographically explicit networks using GIS.

The model is an replicated and extended version of the opinion dynamics model of Deffuant et. al. 2006. It is implemented using Repast Simphony and applied the MORe library to generate and analyse the social network.

Insalling the plugin it is possible to direct data collected by data gatherers into a MySQL database. The database connection is configured via a wizzard. The whole process is similar to putting data to a file.

mesoFON is an individual-based mangrove forest model. It is a Java implementation of the KiWi model done with RePast Simphony. It contains several new features: (1) You can add up to 10 species via the GUI. However, in principle, the number of species to be included programmatically is unlimited. (2) You can use a variety of growth functions via typing them in as a string on the GUI. (3) The model is transparent, sinc it comes with the Eclipse workbench of RePast.

A simple Repast Simphony project that demonstrates how to create small city using real GIS data. The city has houses and some agents who travel around the road network from house to house.
