This is my implementation of the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis methodology (http://www.broadinstitute.org/gsea/index.jsp; Subramanian, Tamayo, et al. (2005, PNAS 102, 15545-15550) and Mootha, Lindgren, et al. (2003, Nat Genet 34, 267-273)). The package gives access to the typical plot function: Enrichment Analysis and to the analysis of list of gene sets. p-values, FDR, ES and NES are computed.

A program written in 6502 assembly for the ca65 assembler(which is part of cc65) that shows a list of available sounds to test and will allow the user to choose which sound to play. I made this so I can better understand how the sound works in the NES and hopefully someday emulate the sound in my future NES emulator.

This is a simple and not very featureful Bash front-end to the NES emulator FCE Ultra. My primary goal was to create a simple, easy to access and easy to use front-end to the novice user who just wants to click an icon and start playing their games without worrying about compiling source code and downloading/compiling missing dependencies, etc. FCE Ultra is not included with this download so make sure you install it yourself.

This is a remake of the Zelda 2 NES title that I've been working on in my spare time to learn and improve my programming skills. It's being programmed in Python and also requires Pygame, and may require NumPy as well in the future

RPG with tile-based graphics, isometric viewpoint, wav/midi sounds and round-based battles. Has some similarities to old NES/SNES RPGs and the D&D character and fighting system. This project is my first try to make a game, so everything is self-made.
