A few perl modules which can create xml files to run as movies on your 3D RGB LED Cube. The cubes internal firmware source code was not disclosed when i asked for it. Possibly the final build of my LED Sphere project. The sphere is composed of nine slices, each of which has one or several concentric circles of LEDs on its surface. The slices are laid out vertically, offset from each other roughly one inch with standoffs between each layer which from a short distance will appear spherical in shape. LED Animation Firmware for Maple/Arduino
The system uses internal databases to store led information such as pin number, target brightness, time at which the brightness should be reached and current program number. When the target is reached the led looks for the next program and get new time and brightness. Leds and programs can be manipulated on the fly, in the program or from serialusb.
