three.js is a lightweight and easy-to-use JavaScript 3D library with its own default WebGL renderer. It works by creating a scene with a camera and a geometric cube, the latter of which is added to the scene. This will become the animated object within the scene. A WebGL renderer is created for the scene and the camera, with an added viewport to the document.body element. Finally, the cube is animated within the scene for the camera. A plethora of examples can be found in the project’s website (https://threejs.org/) which use Canvas 2D, SVG and CSS3D renderers that the library also provides. -

This is NOT another Rubic's Cube. It's a much simpler slider puzzle that is incrementally solvable. A 3x3x3 arrangement of cubelets with the center one missing allows sliding permutations. After a randomization, the goal is to restore the cube to its original configuration based on color and alphabetic hints. Written in Ada and compiles on Windows, OS-X or GNU/Linux. -

...The objective is to return the relic to the center of its cubical box by rearranging the numbered blocks back into their proper order, which also represents a proper RGB coloring...Red in the X-direction, Green in the Y-direction, Blue in the Z-direction. Dragging the cursor rotates the cube for a better view angle. The mouse wheel zooms. Typing a number 1..8 selects a block to move, 0 selects the relic itself. Then use the keys {u,d,l,r,f,b} to move it. The proper command to extract the archive and maintain the directory structure is "7z x filename". These unique puzzles are spatially challenging, yet easy enough for children and will likely help with learning 3D visualization, geometry, problem solving and computer skills. -
