OpenAL 3D Sound Mixer & Output as ASIO Driver
Crystal Mixer is based on OpenAL engine surround sound mixer. It supports up to 8 direct output and input channels and up to 18 output channels through 3D mixer. It works through ASIO Driver API for versatility. Possible to use up to 15 customizable auxiliary effects. It is also possible Hardware acceleration with some sound cards. As player foobar2000 recommended (create custom channel mapping in ASIO panel), you can also use plugin foo_dsp_fsurround (https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic...

Thérémine generates high quality audio from an USB Arduino Theremin
Thérémine is an audio program which reads realtime pitch and volume data from an USB Arduino Theremin, and generates high quality audio signal emulating a realistic instrument. It was originally designed to work with an Open.Theremin.UNO shield (see http://www.gaudi.ch/OpenTheremin), although it should work with other Arduino devices as long as you provide an appropriate program. Thérémine can play a variety of different tones. It comes with another program, Loop bank manager, whose purpose...

The library can pre-cache video frames and decoded audio samples for maximum efficiency and smooth playback, even on single-cpu systems. Currently, the library supports Theora On Windows, Mac, Linux and iOS and H.264 on Mac and iOS. WebM, Android, Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 support is planned.
This projects is a (kinda) realistic vehicle racing simulation. It uses ODE for physics simulation, OpenAL++ for audio output and Irrlicht for graphics. It allows network multiplayer games.
OpenAL mixer aims to provide a multiplatform API built on top of OpenAL to get/set volume values (including support for capture devices) and list, select and mute input and output lines.
