    addend

This 'addend.py' code is a python utility intended for the BLIND folks

For Visual Impaired (VI) folks it is NOT easy to listen to and explore large python code files where the number of indent spaces on each line of code has a syntactical meaning for python interpreters. 'addend' adds #comments, like '# :end: if' , or '# :end: for' etc, for easier sound recognition when a syntax block structure has ended as defined by python's space indentation rules. Those added '# :end:' comment lines are placed whenever a syntax block has ended in python. Hopefully...

    Gccpy

    Python Front-end to GCC

Gccpy is an ongoing project to allow users to compile Python Code as an AOT (ahead of time) compiled language. Gccpy serves as a prototype and work in progress on how GCC can provide a solid platform for compiler development, not just for low-level languages but for anything. Gccpy differs in approach to other python implementations such as pyrex/cython/shed-skin. This is a branch new fresh approach to python and complete re-implementation of everything, we have no dependency on libpython.so

    CPyrol

an alternative interpreter for the Python programming language

The aim of the CPyrol project is to create a complete Python interpreter written in C++ with minimal system requirements and a very clean codebase. I am working on this project mainly to gather experience with the current C++ standart (C++ 11) and with compiler development, it is not (yet) intended for practical usage. This project is at an early stage of development. Currently implemented is a Lexer, Parser and Code Generator for compiling Python code into CPython-compatible bytecode.
